Yes, visit World of Coca‑Cola or any five top Atlanta attractions at up to a 49% discount with CityPASS®. First, buy CityPASS® online for immediate, paperless mobile ticket delivery. Once you arrive, have your CityPASS® tickets ready to be scanned at the red entry arch. CityPASS® ticket holders do not need an assigned time to visit World of Coca‑Cola. We require a minimum of 10 tickets for Birthday Groups and 15 tickets for all other Groups.

For Tour operators, group minimums do not apply.

Currently, guests who have purchased a CityPASS do not need an assigned time to visit the World of Coca‑Cola. Once you arrive, please have your pass ready to be scanned at the red entry arch. Learn more about CityPASS.

If you need to make a change to the entry time of your ticket, please speak to an associate at the gate. We are able to help with ticket time adjustments pending availability capacity. In the case of a lost ticket, please provide the credit card used to purchase the tickets and your government-issued ID once arriving at the gate so we can help locate your tickets! Tickets to World of Coca‑Cola are nonrefundable.

If you are simply running late, we will do our best to accommodate you once you arrive at the gate. There is no need to contact us ahead of time to let us know you are running late. If you wish to visit at an earlier time, please visit us at the gate and ask for availability to enter earlier. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds or exchanges once your visit date has passed.

• Make sure to add a lunch cart (free of cost) to your order if your group is bringing bagged/boxed lunches that need to be stored while you tour.
• Make sure to label all lunches with the school’s name, teacher’s name, and student’s name.
• Organize lunches into boxes/containers if possible.
• Please ask students to make sure they do not pack items that can easily spoil.
• Please note that lunch carts are first come, first served. A reservation does not guarantee a lunch cart, but we will do our best to accommodate groups while supplies last.

Please contact group sales to receive more information regarding Coca‑Cola Global Community Connections and their role in possibly providing charitable vouchers for your school group visit.

If your group is tax-exempt, you must provide one of the following to receive the non-tax rate. Please send this to the group sales office in advance of your reservation by email or fax.

• Georgia Public Schools/University/College: State of Georgia Certificate of Exemption form (GA ST-5)
• Georgia Private School/University/College: Letter of Authorization (ST-USC-1)
• Out-of-state tax exemption forms do not apply.

We currently offer Guided Tour tickets for $45 per person. The Guided Tour tickets include a 1-hour ambassador-led tour where you will be guided through our most popular exhibits and shows, such as an Olympic torch show-and-tell – all exclusive to the private tour. You will also get a skip-the-line photo opportunity with the Coca‑Cola Polar Bear. Tickets must be purchased online, in advance. Max group size is 12. Groups with less than 12 guests may be paired with other smaller groups.

• Face masks are optional for vaccinated guests and ambassadors
• Enhanced cleaning routines continue throughout the operation
• Physical contact is reduced during transactions

We ask anyone who is not feeling well, or who has a member of their party who is not feeling well for any reason, to visit us at another time so as not to expose our employees and their fellow guests to illness of any kind.

In the spirit of being agile, we will continue to adjust and improve these changes to our operation as needed over time.

World of Coca‑Cola is available for event rental based on the attraction’s operating calendar. Please contact your Event Manager to ask about available start times. Rental rates include up to four (4) hours of event time. If event guests are still in the event space after the contracted end time, additional rental fees will be assessed. Please refer to your rental contract.
